On the afternoon of June 15, CAS Hefei Gasification Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ZHGAS) held its Q1 2023 new employee training. Over 40-plus new employees from the Chaohu Headquarters, Beijing Branch, Xinjiang Branch, Jiangsu Branch, Tianjin Office, and various project teams participated via online and in-person channels.
Meng Guangjun, Deputy General Manager of ZHGAS, extended a warm welcome to the new colleagues. He detailed ZHGAS’s founding background, development journey, core business operations, and future strategic plans, emphasizing:

Engineering Department staff explained departmental functions, team structure, and role-specific responsibilities.
Specialists from Administration, HR, and Finance departments provided comprehensive overviews of:

IT systems,
Party-building initiatives.
These sessions clarified institutional frameworks and operational processes for new hires.The training program infused newcomers with momentum and confidence, deepened their understanding of ZHGAS’s corporate culture, strengthened their sense of belonging, and laid a solid foundation for their professional integration.
