On September 28, 2016, CAS Hefei Gasification Technology Co., Ltd. (ZHGAS) was established in the Anhui Chaohu Economic Development Zone. Seven years later, ZHGAS marks its seventh anniversary. 1. Solid Progress, Steady Strides
2016: ZHGAS founded in Anhui Chaohu Economic Development Zone.
2017: Beijing Branch established.
Engineering Qualifications: Secured comprehensive credentials, including:
Design for chemical/petrochemical/pharmaceutical industries
Environmental engineering (solid waste treatment) design
Electromechanical engineering construction contracting
Environmental engineering specialized contracting
Pressure pipeline design.

Built a patent cluster around core technologies, forming a key intellectual property system.
Awarded National "Little Giant" Enterprise title for specialization and innovation.
Established an R&D-Production Integration Center; relocated staff to new facilities in 2022.

2016: Signed R&D and industrialization agreement with the Institute of Engineering Thermophysics, CAS.
2017: Circulating Fluidized Bed Gasification (CGAS) Technology Industrialization project selected for the CAS "Hongguang Initiative".
2020: Co-established the "CAS Engineering Laboratory for Clean Coal Combustion and Gasification" with the Institute.
2022: Partnered with Shandong Rongxin Group and CAS Institute of Engineering Physics for Shandong’s "Unveiling and Commanding" project on coal clean utilization and renewable energy R&D.
2022: "Atmospheric Oxygen-Enriched CFB Gasification for Syngas Production from High-Alkali Coal" certified by the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation.
2022: CGAS Technology listed on the National Eco-Environment Achievements Transformation Platform, affirming its innovation and environmental benefits.
4. Gasification Business Expansion
2017: ZHGAS officially launched its gasification business operations as the industrial platform for the CAS Hongguang Initiative project "Industrialization of Circulating Fluidized Bed Gasification (CGAS) Technology".
2018: Entered global markets with the Indonesia Xiangsheng CFB Gasification Project; annual contracts exceeded ￥800 million.
2019: Executed projects including Xinjiang Yihua, Indonesia Xiangsheng, Guizhou Hongsheng, and Jiangsu Delong.
2021: Achieved year-round stable operation at Xiangsheng (Indonesia) and Xinjiang Yihua projects, validating large-scale oxygen-enriched CFB gasifiers.
2022: Completed multiple gasification projects including Dongfang Hope Sanmenxia Aluminum, achieving breakthrough adoption of a new furnace type and setting a historical record for mechanical completion duration.
2023: Commenced first pure-oxygen gasification project (Shandong Rongxin Pure-Oxygen Circulating Fluidized Bed Gasification Coupled with Fly Ash Melting Gasification Project) and secured contracts for Xinjiang Dongfang Hope, Guangxi Longzhou Xinxiang, and others.
5.Biomass & Eco-Business Advancements
Biomass R&D:
Tested agricultural/forestry/municipal waste feedstocks.
Develop two types of biomass gasification technologies: air/oxygen-enriched gasification for industrial fuel gas production, and pure-oxygen gasification for green methanol/green chemical products.
Signed biomass-coal coupling agreement with Shandong Rongxin and CAS Institute of Engineering Physics.
6. Establish a new pattern for the environmental protection business
Upgraded 100+ fixed-bed gasifiers for Jinneng Group, Lanhua Group, etc., purifying 20+ million Nm3/day of gas.
Launched carbon-based solid waste projects:
Linzhou Fengbao Residual Carbon Combustion Project .
Shandong Rongxin Fly Ash Melting Gasification Project.
Xinjiang Tianye Carbon-Based Solid Waste Resource.
Entering the field of sludge and oily sludge treatment, developing process packages for sludge carbonization, sludge incineration, and oily sludge pyrolysis, with the first sludge carbonization project—Qixian Sludge Carbonization Project—delivered.
7.Operational Innovations
Formed a professional operations team for multi-service models.
Signed first sludge O&M contract (Zigui WWTP Sludge Carbonization).
Optimized gasification stations for Linzhou Fengbao, Huiran Industrial, etc., boosting efficiency via data-driven adjustments.
Expanded into activated carbon operations (e.g., Xinjiang Xinli Project).
8.Manufacturing Capabilities
2021: R&D-Production Center launched, producing key components for CFB gasification and solid waste treatment.
Obtained low-voltage switchgear manufacturing certification;products supplied for projects and external sales.
Annual capacity: 6,000+ tons of non-standard equipment and 400+ switchgear cabinets.
